The evening opens in the garden. Drinks in hand, golden hour, and the kind of conversation that happens when remarkable people end up in the same place.
Dinner on the Great Lawn
Executive Chef Edgar Beas leads a family-style dinner built around seasonal ingredients — including regenerative ingredients harvested from Jalama Canyon Ranch, the land stewarded by White Buffalo Land Trust. Wine Director Rob Smits will curate a selection of regional wines to enjoy, including special vintages of the Sandhi x White Buffalo Land Trust Pinot Noir, produced from the regenerative vineyards at the ranch.

A curated selection of experiences and offerings from the ranch and its partners — each one a way to stay connected to the work beyond this evening while directly supporting the work of White Buffalo Land Trust.

Five Years. 1,000 Acres. What Comes Next.
In 2021, White Buffalo Land Trust took stewardship of Jalama Canyon Ranch — a 1,000-acres just a few miles from the Gaviota Coast. Since then it's become a working center for regenerative agriculture: holistically-managed cattle, ecological monitoring with partners like Caltech and UCSB's Bren School, and training programs for the next generation of restorative land stewards.
100% of proceeds from the Bounty Benefit Dinner provide essential support for White Buffalo Land Trust's work and mission.
As we celebrate five years of Jalama Canyon Ranch, we look toward the next chapter of our work: deepening restoration, expanding education, strengthening regional partnerships, and demonstrating what regenerative agriculture can make possible. Together, we are shaping a future where regenerative is a force across California's Central Coast.
